We are raising $11,000 for our 2017 Community Paddling season, and we need your help!
To keep up with the ever increasing demand for our free kayaking and paddle boarding program, we are looking to expand our kayak and paddleboard fleet, make repairs on equipment we already have, and buy additional safety equipment. Please consider making a donation today so we can keep providing YPRC RiverRiders: FREE Community paddling for people like you!
Here’s exactly where your donations are going:
New boats and paddleboards($4,000)
Safety and other kayaking equipment ($1,000)
Repairs to our boats and equipment ($1,000)
Program expenses, including membership fees, website maintenance, promotional material, volunteer support, program supplies etc. ($3,000)
Yonkers Paddling and Rowing Club (YPRC) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are fully tax-deductible and can be made online securely through PayPal or in person during our public kayaking programs. We welcome any level of donation, but have provided the following as a guide:
$50 - Paddler Level
Buy us a paddle and we’ll put your name on it!
$100 - SOT Boater Level
We’ll thank you on our website.
$250 - Deck Boat Level
We’ll invite you and a friend to a RiverRiders paddle.
$500 - Kayak Skill Level
We’ll invite you and 3 friends to a RiverRiders paddle.
$1,000 - Kayak Guide Level
Buy us a boat and we’ll set up a private paddle for you and 4 friends to a RiverRiders paddle and we will list you as a sponsor on our Website.
$5,000 - Olympic Kayaker Level
Buy us 5 boats and we’ll set up a private local kayaking trip for you and your friends (up to 10 people in the boats you bought)! And we will list you as a sponsor on our Website
